BUILDING HOMES | BUILDING COMMUNITIES | BUILDING HOPE
Tina Searcy | Community Outreach Project Mgr.
Tina Searcy is a native of the San Joaquin Valley and is the Community Outreach Project Manager for Habitat for Humanity. Her passion for civic responsibility in the community led her to serve on the board of a local anti-human trafficking agency and the Community Advisory Board for the California Pre-Term Birth Initiative.
She earned her Bachelor's degree in Human Services at the University of Phoenix.
Tina is also a graduate of Leadership Fresno where her class helped install a demonstration garden for xeriscape landscaping at Woodward Park for Fresno residents. She worked for a rescue mission as the Volunteer and Event Coordinator and loves to use her creativity to generate new ideas.
At home, Tina is a mother of two children and a wife, married nine years.
Her love for God and making the Valley a better place has allowed her to build many partnerships with churches, corporations and other non-profit organizations. Her heart for Habitat is to see communities transformed and for people to join in the fight of eradicating poverty housing.
She is also very outgoing and believes that "strangers are friends that you haven't met yet".
