youth programs

Our youth programs vary throughout the year depending on funding sources, so continue to check back for updates on the programs listed below. If you have any questions, please contact us directly through our email at volunteers@habitatfresno.org.

Campus Chapters

Our Campus Chapters program is a great way for high schoolers to grow and help build the community. Operating completely autonomously, campus chapters establish themselves as a school club. Chapters elect their own leadership team and work with Habitat to fundraise, raise awareness, and work on real Habitat home projects! If you’re interested in bringing this program to your school, contact us at volunteers@habitatfresno.org.

LEGO Build

THIS PROGRAM IS ON HOLD. Through our LEGO Build program, youth will learn about the importance of safe, decent, and affordable housing. Participants will get a chance to build their own tiny homes. Winners receive prizes and an experience they will never forget! This program is ideal for students aged 5-12, but anyone who loves building with LEGO products is invited to join in the fun!

Playhouse Build

THIS PROGRAM IS ON HOLD. The Playhouse Build provides an opportunity for participants to brighten the day of a child from an actively serving military or law enforcement family. Through this program, youth groups, corporate groups, or individuals can sponsor the construction and creative design of a playhouse. A $2,000 sponsorship of a small house will help us fund the construction of a large one. This program serves as a great team building project.
